All donations are handled through PayPal only as its an international money transfer system.
Every cent goes straight back into the server: extending map time, keeping things running, and making sure Pickleodeon stays the wild, wonderful mess we all love.
Just a heads-up: All donations are final – no refunds. We use them as soon as they come in to keep the server online, so please only donate if you're sure.

No refunds, returns, or replacements will be provided.
Lost dinos, items, resources, or purchases will not be replaced due to:
Gameplay issues
Player error
Mod issues
ARK updates
Crashes or rollbacks
General ARK instability
If you believe a loss was caused by a server issue, open a support ticket.
Any compensation is entirely at admin discretion.
Availability Policy
Items must be available at the time of ordering.
If your order contains unreleased or unavailable items, your ticket will remain on hold until everything is available.
If you do not wish to wait, you may swap unavailable items for something currently available.
